This page describes what personal data the website kpcompany.bg processes, what it is used for and where it goes.
Who processes the data

What data we process
The contact form. The fields are: name, company (optional), email address, phone (optional), type of project and project description. The date and time of sending, the IP address, the browser’s user-agent string, the language of the page and a note that the agreement box in the form was ticked are added to the enquiry.
Email and phone. If you write to us or call us directly, we process the details you give us yourself.
We do not collect payment details, identity documents or special categories of personal data. The website has no registration and no user accounts.
What we use it for
The details in an enquiry are used to answer it and, if work follows, to communicate about that work. We do not use them for marketing messages and we do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes.
The form can be sent only once you have ticked your agreement to the details being processed for that purpose.
Where the data goes
The enquiry is sent by email to the company’s office mailbox. The website does not store it in a database.
The website and the office mailbox run on a server administered by the company.
The website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. It sits between your browser and our server, so every request to the website passes through it, including the sending of the form. Cloudflare processes technical data about requests — including the IP address — in order to deliver the pages and to protect the website from malicious traffic. We use no external services for analytics, advertising, maps, video or fonts. The pages load nothing from other websites.
Technical data and protection against abuse
As with any website, technical data is recorded for every request — IP address, date and time, the address requested and the type of browser. It is used for security and for finding technical problems.
The form contains a hidden field and measures how long it was open. Both serve to recognise automated requests; neither is recorded or sent with the enquiry.
When the form is sent, the IP address is also used to limit the number of enquiries from one address — a measure against automated spam. For that purpose a hash of the address and the time of sending are kept. The record is needed for 15 minutes. It is deleted automatically the first time the form is sent after that, by any visitor; until then it stays on the server.
Storage and deletion
Enquiries are kept in the company’s office mailbox. If you would like your enquiry deleted, write to us at office@kpcompany.bg.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can withdraw the agreement you gave at any time.
